Being a member of staff at St Henry’s is being part of family. Whether a teacher, member of management, administrative personnel or ground staff, all staff are part of the family of St Henry’s and as with all families there are duties and obligations. Among these are full participation in the Catholic ethos of the College. For staff members of St Henry’s this involves embracing the values of the founder of the Marist Brothers, St Marcellin Champagant. St Marcellin developed ten principles for working with and guiding young people. These principles are at the core of the our teaching philosophy.
